At Snuggy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
For this reason, we offer a 60-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

You have 60 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

Unopened and in its original sealed packaging

With all tags, accessories, and packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Hygiene & Safety – Non-Returnable Once Opened
For hygiene and safety reasons, teddy bears and plush products cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened, unsealed, or handled.
Opened items are considered used and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except when the product arrives damaged or defective.

Returns sent without prior approval or without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Reporting Damages & Issues (48-Hour Rule)

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo or video evidence.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

All returned items must be shipped with a tracking number.
We cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost in transit without tracking.
Non-Returnable Items
