Shipping Policy (Worldwide)

At Snuggy, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays, promotions, sales events, or unforeseen delays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded until it has been delivered and returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Shipping & Delivery Times

Standard worldwide delivery typically takes:

7–12 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs processing

  • Local carrier delays

  • Holidays or peak seasons

While we work hard to deliver your order quickly, delivery dates are not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Tracking number (when available)

Please note that some countries may have limited tracking updates depending on the local postal service.


Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

Snuggy is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information

  • Delivery delays caused by customs or local carriers

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • We can reship the order, but the customer must pay the reshipping cost.

Refunds for undeliverable packages may not be provided for hygiene-related or personalized products.


Customs, Import Fees & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for any applicable customs or import fees.

Customs inspections may also extend delivery times.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service.

Snuggy is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as "Delivered" but not received

  • Packages lost by the shipping carrier

  • Delays caused by customs or postal services

However, if your package is delayed or missing, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and filing an inquiry.
